Over the past 9 years I have been on an incredible journey. A journey that began with the passing of my sister. I never thought it was possible to experience such an immense amount of grief. I was left feeling like a part of me had died with her. I felt lost and confused. My entire reality had completely changed.

Little did I know, I her death would spark my awakening. I didn’t even know what an awakening was but I knew something was changing with in me and at first I wasn’t sure what it was. Fortunately, I had amazing friends that knew exactly what I was going through and helped my to navigate the next phase of my life.

Not long after, I felt the need to meditate. Once I began to implement meditation into my daily routine other amazing things began to happen. I was as if I was finally in full alignment with my higher purpose.

Then I discovered reiki, which amplified my journey. I decided it was something I wanted to do and so I went on to get my reiki masters. After practicing the healing techniques of reiki, I then learned about quantum healing which was a huge bonus for me when doing energy healing. I realized how powerful and effective quantum healing was.

And although I don’t currently practice reiki, I decided that I could create a space of healing through sound using crystal sound bowls. This allows the you to set your own intention during crystal sound bowl healing meditations which gives you full power over what you’d like to release during the session. Or if you simply just need a quiet sacred place to meditate and allow the frequency of the sound bowls to assist you in raising their vibration.

Regardless of what the intention is, this allows you to have complete control of what takes place during your session with the gentle healing frequencies from the crystal sound bowls.
